John N. Hauk

John represents clients in matters related to: divorce, civil litigation & personal injury,  the representation of drainage and levee districts, and appeals. John's divorce practice is focused on financial matters which often pairs him with farmers, medical professionals, business owners, or their spouses. He also helps clients through uncontested divorces.

John's civil litigation practice includes contract disputes and property and boundary disputes (adverse possession, easements, etc.) His personal injury clients include those that have suffered traffic accidents and other serious injuries.

John represents several drainage districts and handles such district's annual compliance and litigation needs.
