John N. Hauk

John concentrates his practice in four areas of law: civil litigation, drainage and levee districts, real estate, and agricultural matters.

John’s civil litigation practice includes contract disputes, property and boundary disputes (adverse possession, easements, etc.), personal injury and appeals related thereto. His personal injury practice focuses on those injured in vehicular collisions, medical malpractice matters, and workplace injuries (workers’ compensation).

John represents multiple drainage districts in the Mississippi and Illinois River systems and assists them with all of their legal needs including annual compliance and litigation.

John’s agricultural/real estate practice includes real estate transactions, leasing matters, drainage issues and associated litigation. John also represents clients that conduct business in the outdoor/hunting industry.
