John N. Hauk
John represents multiple drainage districts located in the Mississippi and Illinois River systems (and beyond) and assists them with all of their legal needs including annual compliance and litigation. His real estate practice includes seller and buyer representation with respect to real estate transactions and auctions. He also assists clients in the drafting of agricultural/hunting leases, easements, premarital/prenuptial agreements and other related instruments. John’s civil litigation practice includes real property disputes related to boundary disputes (adverse possession, easements, etc.), agricultural isses, and personal injury. His personal injury practice is limted to those injured in vehicular collisions, medical malpractice matters, and workplace injuries (workers’ compensation).
